| | THANKS!
For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Dec 2005 Posts: 46 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Dec 2005 Posts: 46 | I am working on a rod project and cut the old fusty floor out. I am replacing it with one that will be flat with angel iron support. To make my bucket seats set right I need to know about how far it is from the floor to the top of seat in a stock truck. I am using small buckets out of an old S10 Blazer and am thinking the battery might fit between the seats toward the back of the cab. Any thoughts on this? Funny that is what it is on my 1990 GMC 1/2 ton. That will give me room for a battery under the passenger seat.
