I noticed that Chevy Duty now sells a full headliner for panels and burbs. Has anybody on the bolt bought one and put it in? How was the fit and was the installation difficult? Thanks in advance. Weeds

For 44.95, I'm interestd as well. They didn't have an image on their website. If it covers from front to back, that would be worth looking into. I'm not to that point yet.
I just sent them an email to ask for details and a picture.

The quote back from Chevy Duty:
"This is a 2 piece headliner, it has a front section and it also has a back section, if you could send me measurement of what you have I’ll try my best to see what you have and match it up, I’m sorry I do not have a picture that I can send you."
I'm going to send them my measurments and also ask what it is made of. I'm assuming cardboard.

On my burb the back channel that the headliner fits in makes a sharp downward dip just behind the front door. It looks to me like the spotwelds would have to be drilled out and the channel tipped up to meet the front channel that runs from the windshield to behind the door. Am I looking at this all wrong? Somebody straighten me out. Weeds

Maybe the Chevy duty headliner is just a pickup headliner with another chunk of cardboard behind it that starts where the pickup headliner leaves off and goes all the way to the back of the truck. Sure would like to see a picture before I spend the money. Weeds

Didn't have a chance to measure this weekend. Too busy pulling my frame out from under the body and started buffing the rust off. I'll follow up and will look at the area you're talking about.
