When I put my sunvisors in is that what helps hold the front of the headliner in along with the rubber windshield gasket? The windshield rubber-seal holds the headliner up in the front. The headliner also goes behind the interior door frame windlace.
The driver's sunvisor was stock and the passenger sunvisor was an option or an accessory.

Take a look at my headliner link; Headliner I don't have sun visors yet but the gasket and the weatherstripping along the door openings hold the headliner fine. -Chris
