Chuck, I looked on your site looking for the windlace install, did you remove and reinstall your windlace channel around the door or did you use another method or windlace. My channel is missing along the front edge from the top channel down. Was thinking of mounting this area as the 49's with a SS strip and screws. Zeke

My channel had rotted away on the bottom 12 inches near the kick panel. I used what was left, then weatherstrip adhesive and a black trim screw for the last foot. It works and is hardly noticable.
