They're very hard to find in the Midwest partly because they had a rust problem. I finally found a good one on a 60 2ton. Will the hoods switch between the 1/2ton and the 2ton and if they will, what else do I need off the 2ton such as hood latch or hinges to make it work on the suburban? I'm pretty sure the doors and the cab interchange. I would be sure and get the latch assembly too because there are some differences between year models. Also the lights in the 2 ton hoods were just park lights-the turn signals were mounted on the fenders. However you should be able to use the sockets and wiring from your 63 hood and use amber bulbs if the 60 hood has white lenses. | | |
