Hello all,

I'm looking for a new home for an outfit that's been in our family for a long time. Over the last 25 years, we've used "Wooley" solely for hauling firewood. The memories every fall for our 6 kiddos and a pile of grandkids have been priceless.

I'm not any getting younger and the kids are now all up and gone... and it's time for Wooley to find a new home. I'm not looking at making a pile of money selling the truck. Ideally, I'd love to see it go to a family or young feller looking for a fender/minor body project. I'm asking $5,000 CAD (or $4,000 USD). We live 2 hours NE of Thunder Bay Ontario, CANADA. If interested, please respond to this ad - or call me (Rick) directly at 807.853.1277.

Here's the info:

CLEAR TITLE IN MY NAME
PLATED AS "HISTORIC VEHICLE" IN ONTARIO
STORED IN GARAGE FULL TIME
ODOMETER: 06526 (DOES NOT WORK)
ALL 6 TIRES ARE 13 YEARS OLD AND IN GREAT SHAPE
ENGINE: I WAS TOLD A 235 INLINE 6 (BUT NOT 100% SURE) SHE DOESN'T USE ANY OIL
2 SPEED REAR END
BRAKES WORK GREAT
PTO DUMP BOX WORKS GREAT
GAUGES WORK - BUT FUEL GAUGE DOES NOT
DOORS SHUT SOLID, WINDOWS (MAIN AND WING) WORK GREAT. WING WINDOWS GIVE YOU "55 AIR" THROUGH THE CAB smile
HEATER/DEFROST WORK GOOD
WIPER BLADES WORK GOOD
HOOD IS PERFECT NO RUST
LIGHTS/TURN SIGNALS WORK, BUT 2 REAR LENSES ARE BROKE
INTERIOR CONDITION: OVERALL, VERY GOOD
BODY: ONE FRONT FENDER RUSTED THROUGH ON TOP, OTHER ONE IS CLOSE TO RUSTING THROUGH ON TOP

THE LAST TIME I USED THE TRUCK WAS FALL, 2024. RAN GREAT AT THAT TIME. BEEN STORED SINCE IN MY WAREHOUSE.

IDEALLY, I'D LOVE TO SEE IT GO TO A YOUNG FELLER WHO'S LOOKING FOR A FENDER / MINOR BODY PROJECT.

ALTHOUGH NOT "MINT" BY ANY MEANS, FOR A TRUCK NEARLY 70 YEARS OLD, SHE'S REALLY IN GOOD SHAPE

CURRENT PICTS ARE FORTHCOMING.

THANKS FOR LOOKING -- AND PASSING THIS ONE TO ANYONE WHO MAY BE INTERESTED.

The engine should be a 261.
It has the closed pcv system, look cast "captain bars" near the starter.
