I assume that it is the same thing as most jack handles. Handle, lug wrench, and wheel cover remover all in one, nearly L shaped? If so I have a few, I just tossed a couple of them in a buddy’s scrap pile. How many of them does one man need? If that’s the case then I would give you one for the cost of the ride.
I invest my money in precious metals, mostly rust!
I had the opportunity to inspect the original jack handle from a '49 3100 pickup, and may duplicate that. I have the bottle style jack but no handle. Here's a couple of pictures I took of it. I would guess the '56 3100 used a similar jack and handle. They bend in the middle with a riveted connection and a double barrel sleeve that slides to secure it straight. The end that goes in the jack has a flattened hook shape. Wouldn't be hard to construct one from some round rod. In case you're wondering about the hand, that's my 9" tape measure I carry around with me all the time.
