Is there a pull back spring for the brake pedal on 41’ half ton, model AK? If so, how is it attached?
Any help will be appreciated.

My '46 is setup like this. The brake and clutch use the same return springs. Brake spring connects using a "Z" bracket attached to the side engine pan.

CuzzFuzz - John's '46 setup is the same as your '41. Check out my reply post in John's DITY that contains the part number info for those springs.

Both are the same GM# 368244 and a few can be found on ebay currently, as well as repops from Chev's of the 40's and The Filling Station.
