I have been threatening to put a hybrid system in my 58 so I can park in the EV/Hybrid spots at work.
I have a friend who installed an electric plug socket on the bed of his '72 C-10 so he can do just that. He plugs the charge into the side of his truck and people don't know whether to poop or go blind.

Evidently, the buyer did not blow up the pictures to see the shoddy craftsmanship on the bodywork and paint which makes me wonder about the mechanical and electrical work.
I picked out just a few to show what I found.

The walk around video even shows that dent by the right side cowl louvers. It's like they didn't even try to remove it. And the grill fit is atrocious. It doesn't say whether the bodywork and paint was done professionally or just the EV conversion. But leaving off the running boards would be a deal killer for me. An AD truck without running boards?? Not in my world!
