I wanted to introduce my truck and myself. I like old vehicles, period. I've spent most of my time on a '68 Ford, but recently found a '46 Chevy from the Midwest. She's in great shape and I found her as you see her. So far, a great machinist and I rebuilt the brakes and got the engine running. Not going to be a show truck, but a survivor as you see it. Now that she stops and runs I'm getting new tires and having the wheels cleaned up. I expect her to be a way of promoting American history to young people - trucks, cars, industry, old houses and buildings - as something worth knowing and saving as is. Too many ruined old houses and buildings "modifying" them using crap new parts instead of appreciating what they were.
