I have an old 6V generator, 935V #210558. It is 6 15/16" overall length, and 4 1/2" in diameter. I do not know about it's condition, probably would need to be rebuilt, or it is good for parts.

If someone really needs/wants it, I'll send it for whatever the shipping cost is.

That one is a 3-brush unit that would have been used on 1930s or early 40s vehicles. Also some farm machinery into the 1950s. The square item on top is a cutout relay. If someone is doing a "numbers-correct" restoration job on a very early car or truck, that would be the only reason to try to use it.

Just to try and help you find this early generator a new home, my 1929-39 Chevrolet Master Parts Lists indicates the "935V" generator was original equipment for 1935-36 Chevrolet Master Deluxe passenger cars under GM# 1858253.

Since it's a "Freebie" the ad can stay where it is so hopefully it can find a new home. smile

Best of luck! thumbs_up
