My 54 has been converted to 12V w/ alternator, and came with no horn or relay. The catalogs all show 55-56 relays as different from 57+. Does the horn really care?
Get one like this and mount it on the engine side of the firewall with the connector pointing down just because I like screw connectors better than slip ons and it looks better with the wires hanging down.
