Been test driving my truck and when I'm done I usually prop open the hood to let things cool down. But, I noticed the fuel filter bubbling a little bit. Is that normal? Here's a link to show what I'm talking about. LINK

They always do that. You'll drive yourself nuts worrying about it.
I have 3 or four cars with that type of filter and they all do weird stuff even when they're running just fine. Sometimes they squirt, sometimes they bubble, sometimes they look completely full, sometimes they look totally empty, sometimes they look like they're boiling.
As long as your truck is running, don't worry about it.

For a real "old school" look, wrap the metal fuel line with a thick layer of aluminum foil- - - - -held in place by a couple of dozen wooden spring clothespins! It's totally ineffective at insulating the fuel line from heat soak, but it's a great conversation starter at a "Show And Shine"! LOL! Jerry
