I'm looking at Running Boards for my '51 GMC 250. I need to know what the correct Running Board length would be for a 9 ft bed.

TUTS 59 I have 1950 Chevy 1 ton with the 9' bed, I would think it's the same running board as you have. Be back home in about an hour or so, I can measure and let you know. Tom
Thank you Kind Sir...that's just the information I was needing. My 1 ton was originally a grain box, it had the 9 ft box added by the previous owner. The rear fenders have been widened to use with the dual wheels. I will need figure out the modifications to make the running boards fit correctly.

FWIW, the Chevy Master Parts Books list the 1947-55.1 1 Ton long running boards as 87-1/2". No indication of where that measurement is taken, but Tom's 88" measurement sounds like what you need Craig.
