My truck has no headliner or sun visors. Just the holes. I am going to a pick and pull tomorrow looking for a seat and would love to grab some visors while there. Is the three hole pattern for mounting holes standard? If not, what vehicles have visors that would work? Thanks!
The visors and mounting brackets are all available as reproductions from the usual vendors

But yes, three hole sunvisor brackets was pretty standard back in the early Chevy 50's

Bill - You might find something that works, or at least would work with some mods perhaps.
The originals for both the drivers side (which was standard equipment) GM# 3685637 and passenger side (an extra cost accessory option) GM# 986155 are listed as fitting all 1947-53 Chevy trucks. There was a design change in 1954 that fits only that year plus 1955.1 (First Series) trucks, but I don't know if they could be made to work or not for yours personally. Note the dimensions provided in the screenshot below as they may help you ID something that might fit in your cab.
It might also help to make a paper template of the mounting holes in your cab and take it with you to the pick and pull. That way you can compare it to what you may find.
