Ordered some new rubber ones. The piece is shaped like a “P”. I see the channels on the two door pieces where the seals go.

The question - how does the rubber piece sit in the channel?

My guess - the leg of the P goes in the channel with the top of the P facing down.

Any confirmation or correction appreciated. Thanks!!

That is the window wiper piece, goes between the door and glass to keep water out of the door. The round section goes in the door channel, the flat section sets horizontal towards the glass, it should wipe the glass as you roll the window up and down. The small lip on the flat section faces up to channel water towards the ends where it runs into the doors anyway.
