I see there is one available for the’47-54, but has anyone made or seen one available for the 1946 1/2 t Chevy truck. Here is a picture of one that gave me the idea.
Rick - Nothing found in a quick web search for 1941-46 Chevy pickup rear filler panels. I did find and confirm that Chevy offered a rear bumper filler panel for select 1941-46 passenger cars, with this one being offered on ebay - 1941-42 Chevy car rear bumper filler panel to give you an idea of what it looked like.
Someone willing to do some metal-smithing could probably modify that to fit a pickup. But it might be easier to fabricate one, if you or someone has the skills and tools to take that on.

Thanks, I like this one, and the design of it. I’m guessing it could be adapted. Or one made similar based on what I see from this design. It would be nice to know how close the curvature is to the truck bumper.
Rick - According to research through several Chevrolet Master Parts Books, the 1941-46 trucks used the same bumpers for both front and rear, with the exception of Suburbans, Panels, COE's and Utility trucks equipped with the channel type front bumper. The passenger car bumpers were different part numbers for front and back, as well as different from the truck bumper part numbers.
No idea what the difference between passenger car and trucks are, but perhaps that info is out there on the web somewhere? I may do some snooping to see if I can find anything relevant.

Rick I made a panel for my 46 but I have failed to master the art of putting pictures here. PM me a email address if you want or like and I will email you a lot of pictures. I made mine out of a old metal desk shelf with welded supports with about a 1/4 inch gap between bumper, I then cut out a diamond plate polished aluminum tread and placed over the top. Overall a fairly easy project. I will try to post pictures on here
