on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Mar 2000 Posts: 1,177 Red dot, center of chest ... | | Red dot, center of chest ... Joined: Mar 2000 Posts: 1,177 | We're seeing a significant amount of email being blocked. The messages include this: "Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list (S3150)." Our IP comes up clean on all the blocklists, so this seems to be a dumb attempt to block an entire network for the sins of one server. If you have members complaining they're not getting email, this is the reason why. And there's nothing we can do about it. It appears to affect anything related to Microsoft (outlook.com, hotmail.com, etc.) | | | | | Joined: Mar 2000 Posts: 1,177 Red dot, center of chest ... | | Red dot, center of chest ... Below your IP address(es) and their status(es) are listed.
Not qualified for mitigation
108.174.193.28;
The IP(s) above do not qualify for mitigation. So, if you use a Microsoft email account (hotmail, outlook.com, live.com, or microsoft.com address. you cannot receive email from us. Consider changing providers. If not possible, try opening a support ticket and asking them to fix the problem. In your support ticket, be sure to point out that we use DMARC, DKIM, and SPF and have never had a single spam incident in the 28 years we've been in existence. We are also not listed on ANY spam blocking lists. This is clearly an overreaction to something by Microsoft. | | | | | Joined: Mar 2000 Posts: 1,177 Red dot, center of chest ... | | Red dot, center of chest ... Microsoft Corporation One Microsoft Way Redmond, WA 98052 USA The second email was timestamped at 6:28 AM, so I would assume this problem should clear by Tuesday. Why it takes computers 24 to 48 hours to propagate an implemented change is a question I can't answer, except to say - it is Microsoft. | | | | | Joined: Jul 2018 Posts: 267 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Jul 2018 Posts: 267 | Just to pipe in with my 2 cents. I haven’t had any slow logins at all, in fact this website is the fastest to come up of all that I regularly go to. When everything else is dragging I go to Stovebolt and get right on. I’m on an Ipad. Don’t mean to be a red herring. Or a Gar , for that matter 🤣
