My friend here wants me to buy it from him. Seriously considering it. She has a little surface rust, but it should buff out.

It does run. In fact, a local wrench got it running in the pasture and drove it to the local meet up. Pretty cool.
Thinking about it for sure. I mean why not? :-)

Here is my 53 3600, just turned 32K miles last month. I have had it 36 years, half its life and half my life! I love it.

Woodcmiami- Very nice truck. I think the paint on yours is a little bit nicer.

It looks real solid. If you have the space and energy, I say go for it. Not a better resource for the old GM trucks than this website. John

J Lucas - I'll most likely get it. Probably won't do too much to it. I'm a sucker for original patina survivors.

A good running survivor is real cool.
Besides, not as much to worry about if you don’t have a lot invested in a paint job.

My 49 3600 is definitely my happy place. Me and that truck have driven about 30k miles all over with nothing but smiles.

So did you decide to pull the trigger, or still mulling it over???
