Is a 27 Chevy truck positive or negative ground?

Helping a friend get this restored truck running and then it’s up for sale if anyone is interested

My old '47 was positive ground. I thought everything was, til the mid 1950s and 12 volt.. interesting.

I thought only GMC was (+) until then. I believe Chevrolet trucks were (-) ground since day one.

I just looked up a 1927 Chevrolet wiring diagram and it definitely shows a (-) ground

They are. All Chevy trucks were negative ground from their inception
