ok so ive decided to tackle a dent in the rear of my cab myself. some of you may know i was rear ended in may and the bedside hit the back of the cab so part of the right side is dented. just wondering if anyone could recomend a nice set of hammers and dollies for a reasonable price. i was looking at this one in particular:

if these are el cheapo or whatever please let me know, i dont want to buy something thats going to be difficult to use, or break after minimal usage. if someone could recomend something id really appreciate it. thanks

Patrick,

I am just a back yard mechanic, so my duty cycle is pretty light in the bodywork department. I have the Harbor Freight set that I have linked, and they work fine and don't seem too "import-ish".

I don't know if this was the set 'martinsr' was referring to in his post or not.

I bought some H.Fright hammers and dollies a few weeks ago, used them on the bedsides of my '50, seemed to work okay, for $30bucks, some tool I will use only on occasion.

I agree with Stuart and BD38 on the HF hammers and dollies. I used them in my restoration and they work as expected. Pics below
