I figure it’ll at least need shortened and/or modified where it curves over the axle.
Both my truck and the donor truck have a 235 with Fenton split headers so would be nice to have something plug and play.
Does anyone have experience with their interchangeability?
Thanks!

As you noted, the length will be wrong and the hangers will have to be moved.
Can you make it work? Probably, with some shenanigans. | | | | Joined: Dec 2008 Posts: 40 'Bolter | 'Bolter Joined: Dec 2008 Posts: 40 | I’m mainly concerned about fitment from the headers to under the cab (frame clearance, etc). That’s the area I’d like to be “drop in” as I expect that’s where a lot of the labor is going to be if I go to a shop to custom fabricate it.
Once it gets under the bed and back, I’m ok with, and expect, to make modifications.
I should also clarify it’s coming out of a 3 speed in the column truck and mine will have a T5. Hoping the lack of shifting linkage on mine will also help.
Thanks!

AD- task force era may have had other clearance differences. Any thing is possible
