Check out these links to the HAMB for getting out all those phillips, pan head and clutch head screws. Popped out my 38 door hinge screws in a few minutes with this shop fabricated tool... NO DAMAGE..NONE

I was rummageing around Home Depot and found a set of three 3/8 extensions with a positive retetion feature on the end. I'll machine the end down to fit in my air hammer and attach a handle. Will look and work a little more pro. My 5 minute fab job will look good hanging on my tool wall and still get used.

http://www.mcmaster.com/ has various bits for most types of screws, along with every kind of screw, nut, bushing, assorted hardware, tools and equipment we could need. I buy tons of stuff for work and usually have what I ordered the next day. They define customer service. I'm ordering clutch tips tonight to start on those screws next.

I just received a McMaster shipment today! Parts for my fabricated in tank fuel pump assembly. Ordered yesterday, arrived today. Of course, I'm only 30 minutes from the mother ship!

MNSmith. I usually have the same next day experience and I am in southrn Utah. They have got thier logistics down to a science. Next day on most things. Some of the bigger stuff goes fedex freight and can take a little longer.

I ordered some NEMA plugs from them for a bunch of my new welders and did't get around to installing the for about 6 months. They turned out to be the wrong ones. I sent an email requesting infomation on how to exchange and recieved the right ones the next day.

Great work on the sub! I looking forward to getting my 38 rolling so I can start on an AD. What clip did you use?
