Does anybody have or know where I can get a diagram of the vacuum wiper set up. Mine is not working and can't figure it out..

If it is getting good and steady vacuum all the way to the motor (not difficult to check), then the problem is probably in the vacuum motor itself. You will need 10~11 inches of mercury on your vac gauge usually to make the motor work if the motor is in very good shape and if the motor needs repair/reconditioning you'll need as much as 18 to get it to operate or it may not operate at all. Once upon a time I had a known good motor get stuck somehow in the middle of a sweep cycle and I had fits getting it to work again.

Assembly of the vacuum system? That's just a line from the intake manifold to the inlet fitting of the wiper motor.

Or assembly of the motor, linkage and blades? For that, we'd need to know what truck you're working on.

Yes - I'll being working on my wipers at some point and it would be good to know what others did to get theirs working again.
