And no mention of an ODSS Wrenchfest on the docket for late April as has been customary.
Time to knock the dust off of The Bylaws and proceed with Official Charges.
Harrumph!

Carl... Duly noted. Please submit your "Request for Indictment" (ODSS Form LA-E3326 w/ Change B) through your chain of command to the Sergeant at Arms for consideration.

Although .... Didn't we put you in the Penalty Box at Tri-State? Have you been let out yet? Members in a Penalty Box status are ineligible from initiating legal action requests -- either against others or in their own defense. You might want to check with Jethro to see if he'll proxy for you.

Be advised, though, that as the Attorney General of the ODSS, it will fall to me to conduct the indictment hearing should your request find favor. And whilst I would probably pursue such an indictment with a fair degree of enthusiasm ... the request form requesting my impeachment is already in the hopper. So it may be some time until a new AG will even see your request let alone act on it. Which could be an opportunity for you, actually.... You could assume the duties of AG (albeit only until the other cabinet members wake up and impeach *you*) by invoking the little known "Decorum Bypass*" rule to name yourself Acting AG, let yourself out of the penalty box, grant clemency to me against any punitive action these Philistines may take and then act on your own request. You'd probably find a lot of support from Hambone, NDKid and the other "exiles" ...

Just sayin ...

(* -- Also known as a coup or insurrection in less formal settings. The ODSS has incorporated this action into the bylaws to remove any stigma associated with this long-standing feature of political systems)

Looks like it’s time for you to host one Carl. Make sure you got room for lots of trailers and trash cans for the beer cans.

Happy Easter good fellows! I have been M I A for a while! I just logged in to see what is happening? I was hoping to see some details about our annual Spring gathering. I'll just blame it on John for not getting it set up. He went so far South, thinking he could escape responsibility perhaps, BUT IT IS STILL YOUR FAULT !! lol ....... I miss seeing everyone. It's never to late for making plans! Just saying

Jim

Wasn't there a guy up yonder in Maryland who wanted to have another Wrenchfest later in the season last year? I don't recall his name.

If I had the facilities to accommodate an event I would definitely host a wrenchfest!
Hope we can get together somewhere.
