I've never used a parts washer before, but I'm going to buy a 3.5 gal. benchtop. Do I need 3.5 gals. of solvent, or do I need just enough to cover the pickup screen? Also, do I put in straight solvent if I use a petroleum based one? Thanks for any help,

jay
