Hello: I have a seriously stuck hub seal on my 62 3/4. I got a claw hammer on it and heated the hub and it stated to move but then NOTHING. any suggestions?
Try a big sheet metal screw through the steel ring, and a slide hammer like body men use. Jerry

If Jerry's method doesn't work get a blade from one of the tiny (5 or 6 inch) hack saws plumbers use in small clearance areas and carefully cut through the metal ring just to the point where you almost reach the hub. Carefully work a small screwdriver blade in and get the cut to separate. It will come out without any trouble then.
