Mom & I attended a car show in Vero Beach Saturday. Had a nice drive down highway US 1. Stopped at our shop/business in Grant/Valkaria for a bit, then breakfast at a locals Ham & egg restaurant in Sebastian & from there to the car show on Oslo Rd in Vero. We had no intention of entering the show, we hadn’t even washed the truck. But the turn out was kind of thin, so I asked the guy directing traffic if he thought they needed more cars for the show. He responded that the turn out was lighter than they had hoped for so we paid the entry fee & joined the show. One advantage of being in the show is you get a great parking spot😎. Plus 100% of entry was going to a good cause. We didn’t win anything but had a great day out with the C10 & got hang out with like minded folks. Sorry, only a couple of photos

Someone at this show told me there were 4 car shows in the Vero Beach area that morning. Still, it's a good reason to spend the day using the truck after working on it for 3 years.
FYI, Wayne, there's a show this Saturday In South Brevard at the Grant Fairgrounds . In conjunction with the BBQ Fest. Might be worth your while if you're up for a drive. It's only 2 miles from my shop so I've sent in my entry. Old cars & trucks & BBQ, a great combination.

I'd be tempted but have grandkid obligations. I've been there for the Seafood Festival...good eats!
