To our Stovebolt Community Members,
We are happy to inform you of some important changes to our "
Project Journals" forum structure. In our ongoing efforts to improve user experience and maintain organization, we have created two new forums under the "Project Journals" forum called "
Completed Journals" and "
Archived Journals."
These new forums will house all completed and inactive threads from the main Project Journals forum. While you won't be able to create new threads, you can still participate by posting questions or comments on existing threads.
Journals that are completed (are they ever complete?) will be moved to the "
Completed Journals" area. Don't worry though, even Completed Journals can be reactivated (moved back to Project Journals), so you can add to your build documentation.
Journals that have become inactive (no entry's for 1 year or more) will be moved to the "
Archived Journals area for evaluation and may further be moved to a more appropriate forum (such as the
DITY Gallery or an area in the
Parking Lot). Like the Completed Journals, Archived Journals can also be reactivated should you want to continue your Journal documentation.
Additionally, we have implemented a new standardized naming convention for all titles in the Project Journals. The new format organizes threads by year, make and model, making it significantly easier for you to locate specific projects that match your interests or needs.
These changes have been made with your convenience in mind, and we believe they will enhance your ability to navigate through various build threads and find relevant information more efficiently.
Best regards,
Phil "Phak1" Hakala
