I've acquired a drum/drum m/c to install, but I'm having a hard time determining if proportions and/or residual valves are needed or should be used. Placement of my new m/c will be the same place using the bracket I got from Precision On Line (POL). Please advise.

Most master cylinders for drum/drum applications should have an internal residual valve. Check with your supplier. However, they may not know as many just push parts out and don't know the technical aspects of their products. Fred

My new master cylinder is a CPP (Classic Performance Product) and, according to their response on the web, they do have an internal residual valve. I just didn't think about it having an internal one. So, thanks again!
