Been looking for brake drums for this axle for awhile with little luck, axle flange offset further out than HO35 so those drums would have the shoe contact too far out near the outside. Finally got drum for early '70's K5 blazer - K10 pickup (NAPA (ND) 4401200). Heavier drum with cooling fins. Had to drill stud holes out a bit to go over the shoulder on the wheel studs.

BC, That looks like a perfect fit with the new drums having lots of fins for heat dissipation. What size did you drill the stud holes out to?

I'd have to go look, used a step drill, went I step up. slid them on, fit over the shoulders of the wheel studs. In hindsight I may have been able to replace wheel studs with something without the shoulder. Good to have this sorted out while I had things apart to change the gears from 3.73 to 4.10 which will work better with the rest of the powertrain here in the Blue Mountain of N.E. Oregon!
Should have everything ready to go once the snow melts, which isn't the direction things are going now.

Driving in the mountains is another great reason to use these drums. I'm sure you're familiar with brake fade on those down grade runs - The extra meat and fin cooling capability should make mountain braking much more reliable and safe IMHO.

Mid 60s Pontiac Bonnevilles have 11x2 finned front drums. You'd have to redrill for 6 lugs.
Check Rock Auto to see pictures of every drum on just about every car ever made. `
