Got this carb at a swap meet and was wondering what it will work on. Only numbers other than the big list on side are 0-421. 421 is also stamped on bottom. Is it worth getting rebuilt? Thanks, Grady.

The Carter W-1 was used on early AD trucks. I saw one on an unrestored 1948 with a 216 this summer at a car show.

If you're smart enough to take it apart, you darn well better be smart enough to put it back together.

Good carburetion is fuelish hot air
