Checking to see if anyone has replaced the battleship style flooring in their 55-57 Chevy suburban with the clamshell style doors. I don't think you can get that type for floor covering anymore so I'm for input on how to approach replacing the door covering.

I believe my buddy went with this company on his '60(?) after I told him about it. He was happy with the result.

There is a fellow in Wanchese NC who has a CNC machine that he used to cut perfect groves in the linoleum in the rear of my 1954 Suburban (probably the same dimensions for 1947-1954 - and maybe 1955-1st series too).

I got the linoleum from Battleship Linoleum and I made my own pattern for the rear floor.

The CNC guy gave me his cutting/grooving pattern after using it to cut the grooves.

I think I posted photos in my posts regarding this undertaking.
