Original 1955.1 235 engine would normally have the 913 cylinder head.

A 913 head can be milled .090" to make it the same compression ratio as an 848, but the intake valves need to be recessed the same amount into the head to protect the edges of the valve from being burned by the flame front as it travels across the surface of the head.
