So we had a fairly pathetic Stovebolt turnout ... HUGE kudos to Fannin as the only TRUE ODSS/Stovebolter participant with his '41 Firebolt!
I was in the parade, but with Peggy's '73 Cornboltbinder dumptruck (which was specifically invited by the parade organizer ...)
Much fun! The Cornbolt died just before the reviewing stand but Fannin organized a quick response team and they pushed me ... uphill!!!! .... to a restart.
Fun day!

Happy to help! Had to make sure you stayed ahead of me to hear the siren blasting.

So ...... For those of you not in on the siren joke ... As we crept along in the parade, as soon as some family with kids would start looking at my truck, the hose beater *narcissist* behind me (Fannin) would light off that *&%$#* siren and they'd all look at HIM.
Harrumph. I may need counseling.
