The new cardboard panel on my right side door gets damp and warped because the wing window isn't quite big enough to reach the seal. I'm contemplating replacing the glass in that wing window to fix that, but ABS panels would be an option, because it's waterproof.

For as often as my cardboard panels become real bad, I'll stay with it, especially since the panels are already pre-drilled. Which reminds me, that I have a new set of door panels sitting in the garage somewhere. Maybe it's time. Thanks for creating this thread.
