I sprayed some WD40-40 on them and the choke and throttle plated both came free easily. What vehicles would they be from? Are they worth anything to someone to repair? I will never use them.

Maybe carbking will be along to tell you what they were used on.

That model carb has been mentioned as an option when the right YF cannot be found at the right price.
But the WA-1 was used across quite a few different makes/displacements and would need to be a relatively close “CID” match to work on a Stovebolt.

I have 161 listings for Carter type WA-1 carburetors, used on engines from134 to 308 CID.
Some are in demand, others not so much. Would need to positively identify to determine desirability.
