The Stovebolt Site Forums The Side Lot Midwest Bolters Association MBA 2024 Fall Roundup - Sept. 13th/14th - Who's Coming

As mentioned in the original 2024 Fall Roundup announcement, the event is an open invite for any and all Stovebolters that would like to attend. We have also invited the members of the Genuine Chevy/GMC Truck Club of KC to join us and maybe even have their September regular gathering/meeting there as well.

This post is for everyone interested/planning to attend to check in with who and how many folks may be coming, plus if you are planning to bring your truck this is the place to let us know that too.

Please reply and let us know so we can plan for however many can attend. Looking forward to seeing everyone that can get here!

The lists for who's coming and t-shirt orders have been updated as of this post. Adding a note below I posted in the t-shirt thread for anyone that may miss it there.

Very important update!!! The cutoff date for ordering T-shirts is 30 August!!! Please be sure to get your orders in by that day so we can get the consolidated order to the t-shirt supplier and still have them arrive on time for the Roundup.

Is this roundup at the Johnson County Fairgrounds in Indiana. If so, I'm coming, and bringing a trailer load of extra parts.

I believe you are referring to the "AD Nationals" truck show taking place September 20th-21st.

Sorry Mike - No, not in Indiana. This Roundup is at KCMongo's Shop in Independence, MO (part of the greater Kansas City metro). But you would certainly be welcome if you decided to come join us as are any other Bolters from wherever you may be from!

Just a note from our Roundup Host Steve (KCMongo) that the Genuine Chevy/GMC Truck Club let us know that they already had a planned event for later in September, so they won't be holding their meeting at the Roundup. They did say that like last year, a number of their members will likely show up and join us at the Roundup. The more the merrier!

Any other 'Bolters looking to make it to the gathering???
