Anybody dealt with performanceonline's disc conversion kit for $799? Or have other suggestions?

Coincidentally, I was just talking to a friend in the Cadillac Club over the weekend who's been getting the runaround from Performanceonline.

They've been paid over $700 for brake parts that he hasn't received in over a month. Customer No-Service keeps saying the parts are out of stock and they're waiting for them from their supplier. No word from PO on when he can expect the parts.

https://droppedaxles.com/brakes Nostalgia Sid's

I don't have personal experience with these brakes, but my truck has an axle Sid dropped several years ago, and I have no complaints with the parts or the customer service I received at that time. I see Sid once or twice a year at shows, and he said he is easing into semi-retirement, so I don't know exactly what that means for product availability or response time. During full time work, he travels to shows and swap meets. I think he said he plans to travel more in his time off. I also don't know what all is included in the performanceonline kit- Doesn't look like Sid's has a master cylinder or bracket, so that could be part of why the price is less on this one.
