I want to go from dual wheels on my project, 41 gmc coe on a 2001 chevy 3500 cutaway chassis to one large single wheel. Can I just change the rear or must I also do something with the front, I would like to leave the front as is. I don't want to go huge on the rear but a bit taller would be fine.
I would like to end up with just a wide single on the rear. Dave

No reason to alter the front wheels if that is what you want. If you can find a wheel for the rear that would put the center of the tread in line with the center of the tread in front, that would be as close as your going to be for tracking. Only issue I see is that if you want to carry a spare tire, which do you choose?
