3.38 gears with a 28" tall tire would spin the engine at 2435 RPM at 60 MPH and run 84 MPH at 3400 RPM if your 235 could push the truck that fast. 3.38 gears with a 30" tall tire would spin the engine at 2272 RPM at 60 MPH and run 90 MPH at 3400 RPM if your 235 could push the truck that fast.
I wouldn't want to be in a stock steering, suspension and brake equipped AD truck at that speed.
