Grigg gave me Fred Craig's phone number and Fred gave me Buzz Payne's phone number and told me that Buzz owns the truck. Buzz returned my phone call tonight and told me the truck is a 1972 model and that he had (just like Fred said) removed the fifth wheel from a road tractor and put the flatbed on it. Thanks everyone.
