Bought this thing on sale. It came with 4 pair of dies (black). Bought more dies on Amazon (silver dies + yellow polly die). Had to test it. Curved line on 20 gauge galv. steel. Max gauge is 18. This will come in handy.

I added some things to make this bead roller even better. More pegs for the extra dies I bought and I reinforced the steel plate with square tube to eliminate plate flex (explained in many YouTube videos). I’ll add one more movable brace support to reduce the moment arm for when I don’t need the full 19” throat (which I won’t need very often). Later I’ll add a winch motor with variable speed and a foot pedal. All in good time.
Great Purchase! I bought one several years ago when I was restoring a Sunbeam Alpine. It let me replicate the original floor pans and trunk that had rusted away.
