Does anyone have an image of the frame cross braces, specifically above the rear axle? I want to try and fit up and install my spare tire carrier and from the looks of things I'm missing an important support bracket or brace on my frame. Also, if mine is missing does anyone have a source for one I could purchase?

How about the drawing on page 67 of the Vehicle Information Kit?

Is that helpful?

Bob, I would suggest you post an ad in the Truck Parts Wanted forum. Fellow Bolters that may have something will be in touch, or at least folks will offer leads or possible sources to help you find what you need. wink

Yes, there is an added brace. It is nothing special and can likely be made yourself or someone else. I’ve attached a couple photos that might help?
