The address of the venue is: 40745 Breton Beach Rd, Leonardtown, MD 20650 If you are bringing a trailer (hauler, camper, etc), the driveway entrance could be challenging. It is doable (I've done it with an 18-wheeler), just swing wide and take every inch available to you.
Rough Schedule as of Thursday, March 28
Friday, 26 0800 -- Arrivals/check in start Noon -- Lunch
Afternoon Shop/OR -- Project Work Ponds/River -- Fishing Local back roads -- driving tour/Stewart's truck transport
Evening Dinner -- When and how on the fly. More project work Poetry recitation -- Billy Marlow
Saturday 27 All of the above, plus:
Trailering Refresher. Time: Immediately following lunch or as soon as we have a quorum. Learn, or refresh, your skills with Pat Guy who'll walk us through loading, securing and trailering your Stovebolt. Specific topics covered: -- Chains & straps (learn different grades, sizes, damage/wear recognition, proper maintenence & employment) -- Chain Load Binders (rachet versus "Boomers" each have their place) -- Load placement: why it matters. -- Tie down techniques: DOT requirements aren't just to aggravate us. -- More!
Whether or not you've trailered for years or not, you'll likely learn a lot from Pat.
Sunday 28 Morning -- Wrap ups, departures Lunch Rest of wrap ups and departures. Shop/OR clean up Camp site clean up
For those interested, the Leonardtown Spring Fling "Car" Show is Sunday (28th) 8am - 4pm. A few heading that way. The BW ATHS group will be there, on one of the side streets.
All vestiges of ODSS must be removed from venue by 1700.

John, so I should pick up oil and antifreeze? Anything else? Soda, tea, gatorade, cervesas? Can only be a couple or three six packs as that's about all I can afford. If so, what kind? THANK YOU ALL

A few things of interest. This will also be amended as a few facts come in. They are not in any order (for now); just a few facts to jot down.
Stuff needed in rust.
1. We have two baskets full of snacks - chips, cookies, crackers. pretzels - 3 to 5 servings per bad - big variety, too. Victor is bringing brownies 2. John will be making his Stovebolt Beans, and maybe even two batches! 3. If you've got one, bring a cooler(s) with ice and beverages. This will be easier for some; not so much for others. 4. Billy has our regular dogs and burgers. Buns included. We have some condiments here at HQ and is an easy thing to others to bring. Ours is the regular: mustard, ketchup, mayo, relish, pickles. Anyone for kraut? 5. We'll bring a coffee maker, coffee, powdered creamer ... you bring your favorite mug. 6. Bottle water is always needed. 7. Probably some fruit, veggies would be good. We have a bag of onions, oranges, bananas, 8. Amtrakjoe: cooking sausage and pepper sandwiches maybe fried rice and vegetables. 9. Victor: marinate some slices of steak to add to Joe's mix. 10. We'll also bring paper products: plates, paper towels, TP. Maybe someone else can get plastic utensils.
Hardware 1. Billy bringing his grille. 2. Victor's bringing grille, burner, utensils. 3. Joe bringing Blacksone and the small charcoal grille.
None-food (fyi mostly) 1. John's got some goodies and assorted "prizes." Our local NAPA is putting together a box for us as prizes and give-aways. 2. Mike Roache has The Ned award. Looking forward to it "modified." 3. Joe has agreed to be the Photo / Video guy, complete with his drone. 4. We'll bring zip storage bags to "store" food. 5. Bringing trash cans and contractor bags (45 gallon size)
Jump in ...

I failed to mention that I will be tent camping and should be there sometime Friday morning. Should I bring anything food-wise? Some breakfast fixin's maybe? Hot dogs? Buns? A deer carcass?

Very nice! Sorry I won’t be able to make it until Saturday noonish.
I can bring a portable grill and two burner stove if needed and any food or other items. I just need orders 😊
Looking for it!

Jethro, one guy brought deer jerky (maybe that was Winchester). That was fun. The dogs and buns are covered. If you have something else you want to slap on the grille, bring it (with some to share if you have enough). The group has done (and do really like) donuts for breakfast. I wonder if someone wants those individual cereal deals. They are just $1 I think. That'd be easy. Mostly thinking, easy-grabbing finger and hand -grab food seems to best way to move thru the weekend (most of the time). Is there a breakfast sandwich that works in a camping environment?

If you have room, why not bring the grille and burner-stove. If folks do bring their Special Stovebolt Mug (or whatever), there could be some chili in the warming mode. John will have his beans in the crock pot and there is an electrical outlet near the food court, which is next to the OR.
Grab, go, keep wrenching!
Always need liquid refreshments for yourself and to share.

Victor ... I am compelled to ask .... what *kind* of "brownies?" Anything that might cause me to fail my next CDL pee test????

How could you ask such a thing?!
I wouldn’t do anything that’s illegal᠁..in some states! 😎

Looks like around 20 or so wrenchers. I’ll marinate some slices of steak to add to the mix. I think it meets the finger food keep on wrenching qualifications.
Besides, after you have a brownie or two, you may not feel like doing anything anyway 😱😊

So glad to hear that you're coming! I may need a lawyer for court. I dug a deep hole for myself and all I have to get out of it is a shovel. That never works. Sweet's got it out for me.
