Is there supposed to be a rubber or other type of seal or chafen that goes under the hood edge’s or on the fender hood area? Also what size bolts fit on the hood henges (that have the pivot shaft)? Is there a name for them? Thanks!

At the top of the cowl under the hood there is a rubber and metal retainers.The hood along the fenders have the bumpers and a picture of the hinge bolts .Available from all of the venders
