In what year did the flywheel go from a 4 bolt pattern to a six bolt pattern?????

Is a four bolt flywheel possibly a 207?????

Bought a spare 216 ??? but it has only 4 bolts holes on the crankshaft flange.

1939 was the last four bolt flywheel.
1940-41 are six bolts, but use 3/8” bolts and a larger center hole than the 1942-62 flywheel which use 7/16” bolts.
