I know other people have had great result using POR15, I'm not one of those. I have used both the base coat and the top coat only to have it oxidize and peel. The frame was sandblasted and degreased, it was prepped with Ospho prior to using the POR15. For the money the Rustolium or Tractor Supply implement paint with hardener worked much better.

It's been driven over 100,000 miles in that time and the underside still looks like new.

I used POR 15 once & liked how hard it was but I've never have done any testing on the product like this guy. That Mastercoat is very impressive, but I too will probably stick to Rustoleum (with proper prep & primer) Its price, availability & toughness is enough for my taste.
