I have a 51, 3600 and best i can tell it was painted Trophy blue Chev 447 but i cannot find someone who supplies that color. Does any one have a source for that color?

You will most likely have to find a good, unfaded sample on your truck and have it scanned by the paint company or body shop.

Fuel filler neck should have some original shiny paint on it under the grommet or inside the cab. Firwall or underhood cowl area is usually a good spot, too.

Your choices for original blue colors for 1951 trucks were Windsor Blue and Mariner Blue. See HERE. Painref.com is a good resource. If you click on some of the other codes, you might get a code for the same color for your preferred paint brand. The PPG and Dupont codes usually generate a HUH?? from the paint supplier guys.
Or if you want a local match, like Otto said, find a concealed spot. I found original paint under the gasket for the side mirror arm on the cowl.
