I did get the box off my truck finally it slid off nicely, next is removing the hydraulics and frame for it . Only one issue removing it, I managed to catch the lift cylinder valve and wiped it out big_eek I sincerely doubt its available anywhere so I may be paying a visit to my local machine shop...

Really cool! I've got a 5700 that has a dump bed on it as well that I might be removing. I'll watch closely.

It made it alot more accessible, I set up some blocking and chained the box to a tree then drove out from under it thumbs_up notice the skids I welded to the trailer hitch so it didn't just drop.

Ouch, bummer about the lift valve. Well, I see folks on here periodically scrapping old dump mechanisms, so you might get lucky and find one.
